4 out of 5 starsItem is beautiful. One improvement I would suggest is the secure the stitching at the ribbon tie. Ribbon tie is not stitched securely.

1 out of 5 starsBlouse was to ship with coat. Thought it would save but I shouldn’t have requested. Coat arrived but no blouse to be found. Very disheartening to say the least. Coat was perfect but when explaining about blouse, fireworks exploded. Won’t be shopping here ever!

The blouse was sent with the coat after the buyer failed to use a free shipping code and I refunded her postage. She claimed the box was damaged and that the post office had lost the blouse, and stated her local post office has done this before. She claimed to have made a complaint at the post office, but asked if I had insurance. I gave her the instructions for making a USPS claim, but she had thrown the box and label away. She then wanted a refund, which I refused as the package was received, and she should make a postal claim. she then said it was ok, I guess there's nothing either of us can do, and thanked me. Several weeks later, she filed a complaint with Etsy, who denied and closed the case before I even knew about it. Now this. I ask customers to please review all of my other reviews. Thanks!
